My name is Gabriella Armijo, from Pastor Lee Wilson’s Church in Albuquerque, NM.
I had high blood pressure since I was 19 years. I am now 24. So for 5 years, I have
had high blood pressure. The doctors told me that because my dad and grandma
(his mom) have high blood pressure, and that because I have a high stress job,
that I will always have high blood pressure. They wanted to put me on meds. I did
not want to take meds. So I tried to control my blood pressure with diet and
excercise. I could never get my diastolic (the bottom number) under 88, which is
really high for my age. I could not get my systolic (top number) under 130’s /140’s.
My pressure ran 140’s/90’s. I went up for prayer Sunday morning with Evangelist
Richard Valerio for high blood pressure. I WORRIED A LOT, AND I GAVE MY
WORRIES TO GOD. After the service, my sister took my blood pressure and
IT WAS 122/78!!!! That is the best it has ever been. Thank you JESUS.
